HLP Event: Work it Out: Virtual Pilates Class
Our guest presenter for this event is Maria Delgato. She will be leading a beginner full body mat pilates class that will help engage and stretch your muscles. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Maria is a licensed massage therapist and trainer at IHT (In-Home Training LLC).
