Webinar: Up-to-Date Information on the COVID-19 Vaccine
The Arc of New Jersey is pleased to present a free webinar, Up-to-Date Information on the COVID-19 Vaccine, for families and staff at agencies serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Webinar speaker Leone Murphy, APN, the Chair of The Arc of New Jersey's Mainstreaming Medical Care Program will present valuable information about the COVID vaccines that have been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Attendees will also learn the importance of recognizing the typically mild side effects of the vaccine (e.g., headache, muscle soreness or low-grade fever), and how to manage them.
