Food for Thought: No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Our guest presenter for this event is Veronica Ramirez, owner of Vero Pure Green, Health Coaching Services. She will be providing nutrition tips and teaching us how to prepare a healthy and delicious recipe. If you'd like to following along please make sure to have the following ingredients on hand:

• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1⁄4 cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan)!
• 1⁄4 cup coconut oil (measured in solid state)
• 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1⁄4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup quick cooking oats
• 1⁄4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
