The Arc of New Jersey's Mainstreaming Medical Care Program is delighted to announce a four-part Healthcare Webinar Series to be held on four Tuesday mornings in May: the 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th at 10:30 am. Each webinar will feature a 60 minute presentation, followed by up to 30 minutes for Q & A. The webinars are available at no charge, but registration is required.

We all have been impacted in one way or another since the COVID-19 pandemic first began. People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and their supports have in particular been affected in a number of unique and challenging ways. The ability to be resilient and hopeful for a more stable and fruitful future is something that we as an IDD community aim for.

In this webinar. panelists representing self advocacy, mental health, social supports and direct care will provide their suggestions on how we can pave the way forward as COVID-19 may continue in some form to remain within our society. The ability to keep a measured response to the virus, which at times may cause some levels of uncertainty, will be discussed during this moderated panel discussion.
