Food for Thought: Vegetarian Chickpea Tacos
Our guest presenter for this event is Veronica Ramirez, owner of Vero Pure Green, Health Coaching Services. INGREDIENTS
• 2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• 3⁄4 cup water • Homemade taco seasoning mix
• 8 taco shells
TOPPINGS • Fresh cilantro, cherry tomatoes, scallions
