Food for Thought: Oats Chocolate Pudding
Our guest presenter for this event is Veronica Ramirez, owner of Vero Pure Green, Health Coaching Services. She will be providing nutrition tips and teaching us how to prepare a healthy and delicious recipe.
If you'd like to following along please make sure to have the following ingredients on hand:
1/2 cup (45g) Rolled oats.
Pinch Salt
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1/2 cup (120ml) Coconut milk
1/4 cup (70g) Coconut or any non- dairy yogurt
1-2 tablespoons Shredded coconut flakes
1-2 tablespoons Sweetener of your choice/ maple syrup/coconut sugar or agave (optional)
For the topping (optional):
2-3 cubes Dark chocolate
1 tablespoon Coconut milk
Desiccated coconut
