About
Each year The Arc of New Jersey and New Jersey Statewide Self-Advocacy Network hold a celebratory event to highlight the Governor's Proclamation and the Joint Legislative Resolution for Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.
This year we held an event at Arc Morris. Deputy Commisioner Kaylee McGuire and Assistant Commisioner Jonathan Seifried of the Division of Developmental Disabilities were in attendance as we celebrated the proclamation from the Governor's Office declaring March Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month. Other speakers included The Arc of NJ’s Executive Director Tom Baffuto, Arc/Morris Executive Director Sal Moran, self-advocate Bill Byrne, and a message from Assemblywoman Aura Dunn.
