This webinar will talk about The Fatal Five, top 5 preventable conditions that can lead poor health outcomes for people with I/DD. Annette Dunnah MSN, RN, CDDN, NC-BC has over 30 years of experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) field, and over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She is a Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse and a Board-Certified Nurse Coach. Annette currently serves as the Senior Director of Health Services for The Arc of Monmouth where she oversees the operations of the organization’s clinical services which includes Primary Care, Psychiatry, Mental Health Counseling, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech, Nursing, and Behavioral Supports. Annette holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
